About Us

Three Brothers

Who are Wild Lumens? Wild Lumens are people that want to share their life experiences, hacks, tactics, and ways to thrive so that others can learn and do the same.

We are interested in living an optimal life full of energy, good health, community, abundance, and growth.

In fact, our tagline is, “we shine light in a wild way.”

A lot of what we have been told about health, diet, money, weight management, careers, and lifestyle is rubbish, and our mission is to fix that by exposing the fakers and sharing the truth.

This website is dedicated to providing valuable resources within the health, wellness, lifestyle, biohacking, spiritual, technology, and ancestral diet space. Our minds are open!

Founded by?

Wild Lumens was founded by me, Andy Storey, in 2018.

Growing up, I was an athlete, played college sports, and was off and running with a career in real estate and making cheddar.

What I didn’t know was that my body was slowly becoming less healthy due to my lifestyle choices. I thought I was eating and exercising right, but I really wasn’t. In actuality, I was lied to by mainstream media, propagandists, and flat-out con artists.

In 2015 I was exhausted, mentally weak, and spiritually lost. That’s when I decided to quit my stress-inducing career and hit the reset button.

I began working with functional medicine doctor Dr. Justin Marchegiani D.C. and had numerous tests done. You know, the blood, stool, cortisol, and thyroid type stuff. It turns out I have been allergic to gluten for some time, had a parasite infection, my thyroid was off, had chronically raised cortisol levels, and the bacteria in my gut was unbalanced.

No wonder I had sleep issues and was always stressed out!

With his paleo and herbal protocol, I was able to heal myself over six months. Since then, I have kept getting better and better. My energy levels are optimal, and my enthusiasm to create and share content is unstoppable.

That rock bottom experience has fostered my interests in the following topics:

  • Ancestral, Ketogenic, and Carnivore Diet
  • Nomadic Lifestyle
  • Spiritual Practices
  • Wim Hof Breathing and Cold Exposure
  • Biohacking
  • Functional Fitness
  • Regenerative Farming
  • Supplementation

My inspiration comes from my brothers, Luke and Cody, as well as my sphere of influence, which contains experts, thought leaders, doctors, scientists, and authors.

Right now, a lot of what I’m studying and researching comes from people like Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Paul Saladino, Mark Sisson, Tristan at Primal Edge Health, Dr. Georgia Ede, Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, and Weston A. Price.

I was so motivated by these teachers that I became a Carnivore Diet Coach with MeatRX. If you are interested in this lifestyle and want to be coached on your journey by me, then go ahead and book a session here.

Together we can make some seriously positive changes.
